Chive

  • Dog Name: Chive
  • Dog Sex: Male
  • Approximate Age: 2 years
  • Dog Size: M
  • A Little About Me: I am the cutest squishy face there is! I arrived at the shelter with a horrible case of demodex but I am already looking so much better and my hair is growing back. In no time I will have all my hair again and look absolutely fabulous. The shelter provides my adopter with all my meds so I can be adopted even though I have some more hair-growing to do. I love everyone I meet and am one very happy guy despite my past. I am ready to be treated like the prince I deserve and would do best with a family that will not be leaving me for long periods. I love being next to my people and giving them all sorts of kisses. I am affectionate and all sorts of mushy awesome goodness. Come and meet me today and although my skin looks icky I am a normal silly pup just looking for a loving family!

Meeting Dogs at the Shelter

The shelter’s kennels are loud, stressful places for dogs. Some dogs express that stress by exhibiting behavior inside a kennel that they will not show otherwise. Please ask to take the dog you are interested in to a play yard and spend some time getting to know him or her in that more relaxed environment. For more information on meeting dogs at the shelter, please read this article.
